I'm trying to figure out the best way to use benzoyl peroxide with my sunscreen. Should I be putting on sunscreen before or after the benzoyl peroxide? And how long should I wait between applying the two? I'm a bit confused about the order and timing, could you help clear this up?

When using benzoyl peroxide (BPO) and sunscreen together, follow these guidelines:
Application Order
- Benzoyl peroxide first: Apply BPO to the affected areas, allowing it to dry completely.
- Sunscreen second: Apply sunscreen over the treated areas.
Waiting Time
Wait at least 15-30 minutes after applying BPO before applying sunscreen. This allows the BPO to penetrate the skin and reduces the risk of pilling or reduced efficacy.
Additional Tips
- Choose a gentle sunscreen: Opt for a fragrance-free, non-comedogenic sunscreen to minimize irritation.
- Select a broad-spectrum sunscreen: Ensure the sunscreen provides broad-spectrum protection (SPF 30 or higher) to prevent further skin damage.
- Reapply sunscreen regularly: Reapply sunscreen every 2 hours or immediately after swimming or sweating.

I'm a 25-year-old guy, and I'm trying to figure out if I should use Indulekha hair oil or minoxidil for my hair loss. I came across minoxidil online and noticed there are so many different products with that name. Which one would be more effective for my thinning hair and receding hairline? Also, do you think I should consult a dermatologist first before starting any treatment, or can I just go ahead and use one of these? I'm really worried as I notice a lot of hair falling out when I wash it. Any advice would mean a lot.
For hair loss, Minoxidil (Rogaine) is a clinically proven treatment, while Indulekha hair oil is a herbal supplement with limited scientific evidence; consider consulting a dermatologist before starting any treatment, as they can help determine the underlying cause of hair loss and recommend the best course of treatment.
