I've been dealing with this really uncomfortable itching on my scrotum and the head of my penis for about 34 days now. The scrotum is also oozing a clear, smelly liquid, and the penis head looks a bit swollen with severe itching. It's not affecting my thighs, just the scrotum and penis head. I'm really worried and not sure whats going on. Can anyone help figure out what this might be?

You may be experiencing a fungal infection in the genital area. To treat this condition, you can use an antifungal cream containing Clotrimazole. Apply the cream on the affected areas, including the scrotum sac and penis head. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole to help clear up the infection. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing to help with the healing process.
