I'm trying to figure out how to get a medical fitness certificate because I need one to start at my new job. I know it has to be from a registered medical practitioner, but I'm not entirely sure what qualifies someone as one. Can anyone who's a doctor give me this certificate, or are there specific requirements or types of doctors I should be looking for? Would really appreciate some guidance on this!

Neck Pain and Vitamin B12 Levels
Current B12 Level
- 153 pgmL: Your Vitamin B12 level is within the normal range (150-900 pgmL).
Possible Causes of Neck Pain
- Musculoskeletal issues: Poor posture, muscle strain, or herniated discs can cause neck pain.
- Nerve compression: Compression of nerves in the neck can radiate pain.
- Other medical conditions: Certain conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, or thyroid disorders can cause neck pain.
Relationship between B12 and Neck Pain
- Indirect connection: While Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause neurological symptoms like numbness, tingling, or weakness, it's less likely to directly cause neck pain.
- Other factors: Consider other potential causes of neck pain, such as poor posture, muscle strain, or underlying medical conditions.
Recommendations
- Consult a healthcare professional: Discuss your neck pain and B12 levels with your doctor to rule out any underlying conditions.
- Maintain a healthy lifestyle: Engage in regular exercise, practice good posture, and manage stress to alleviate neck pain.
- Monitor B12 levels: Continue to monitor your Vitamin B12 levels to ensure they remain within the normal range.

I've been feeling really tired and weak after doing any kind of work, and it's been worrying me. A couple of weeks ago, I had a constant low-grade fever and sore throat that lasted for 15 days. My doctor recommended a WIDAL test, and it came back positive. But for the last three days, I havent had a fever or sore throat. Im currently taking Crocin and Doxcefo as prescribed. I'm confused about whether I'm actually dealing with typhoid, because my symptoms seem to have disappeared except for this lingering weakness. Could it be something else, or is this typical of typhoid recovery?
