I'm trying to figure out how to use Kenacort 0.1% triamcinolone oromucosal gel for mouth or gum ulcers. Could you guide me on the steps? Should I just apply the gel and wait, or do I need to spit it out afterward? And what happens if I accidentally swallow some?

To apply Kenacort 0.1% Triamcinolone Oromucosal Gel for gum ulcers, you should wash your hands thoroughly before applying the gel. Take a small amount of gel on your clean fingertip. Gently apply the gel directly onto the affected gum ulcer. Avoid rubbing the gel vigorously, just spread it evenly over the ulcer. Allow the gel to remain in place and avoid rinsing your mouth or eatingdrinking for at least 30 minutes after application. Do not spit out the gel after application, let it stay on the ulcer to provide relief. If you accidentally swallow a small amount of the gel, it is generally safe. However, try to avoid swallowing it as much as possible to ensure maximum effectiveness for the ulcer. Remember to use Kenacort 0.1% Triamcinolone Oromucosal Gel as directed by your healthcare provider for the recommended duration.

View allI've got this thing happening with my nipples where the skin turns dark brown or even black and gets really hard. It seems dry and cracked, and when I peel it off and use some cream or lotion, it gets better. But as soon as I stop using the cream, it goes back to how it was before. This has been happening for about two years now, and Im 19 years old. Do you have any idea what might be causing this and what I should do?
The dark brown or black, hard, dry, and cracked skin on the tip of your nipples may be a sign of nipple eczema, dermatitis, or hyperpigmentation, and to manage it, apply a fragrance-free moisturizer, avoid harsh soaps, and consider consulting a dermatologist

So, I'm 17 and curious if it's okay for me to take beard growth pills with Biotin? They say it's for 18 and older, but I just want to be sure about it.
