I'm trying to figure out who I should see about blood pressure issues. I'm not quite sure if it's high or low blood pressure, and I need some guidance on which tests might help clarify that. I've been experiencing chest pain on the right upper side for a few months now, especially when I lift something heavy. Recently, the pain has also started on the left side and even near my shoulder sometimes. All my tests like RA Factor, thyroid, chest x-ray, and blood tests have come back normal.
