I'm trying to find an anti-fungal cream that isn't steroid-based. Do you have any suggestions? Also, how long does it usually take for the marks to fade completely?

Here are some non-steroidal anti-fungal cream suggestions:
Clotrimazole-based creams
- Candid cream: Effective against fungal infections, available over-the-counter (OTC).
- Canesten cream: Contains clotrimazole, used to treat fungal skin infections.
Terbinafine-based creams
- Lamisil cream: Treats fungal infections, available OTC.
- Terbinex cream: Contains terbinafine, used to treat fungal skin infections.
Duration for Fading Away Marks
The time it takes for marks to fade away depends on:
- Severity of the infection: More severe infections may take longer to clear up.
- Effectiveness of the treatment: Using the right anti-fungal cream and following the treatment regimen can impact the duration.
- Individual skin type and healing: Skin type, age, and overall health can influence the healing process.
Typically, with consistent treatment, you can expect:
- Mild infections: 1-2 weeks for marks to fade away
- Moderate infections: 2-4 weeks for marks to fade away
- Severe infections: 4-6 weeks or more for marks to fade away

View allIs Tenovate a steroid cream? I came across two types: Tenovate cream base and Tenovate ointment base. I was told to use the cream base for my eczema blisters, but because of the dry weather, I switched to the ointment without talking to my doctor. Was that a mistake? Also, I've heard about Clobetasol being a steroid, is that true?
Yes you can have it no problem, moisturize it often and do not let your skin become dry and yes clobetosol is a steroid

I've been dealing with this black spot on my face for about a year now. It started after I used Garner, and even though I stopped using it, the dark spot just won't go away. I'm worried and really want to get rid of it. Could you recommend any good ointments that might help clear it up?
Melacare cream for 4-6 weeks is advised. If symptoms persist consult a dermatologist.

I noticed a light black-brown vertical line on my left thumb today. I don't recall injuring it, but I'm pretty certain it wasn't there before. There's no pain or anything. Could this be something serious?
Likely to be a benign condition known as a splinter hemorrhage. It is usually harmless but can sometimes indicate an underlying medical condition. I recommend monitoring it for any changes in size or color. If you notice any changes or if it persists, you may consider consulting a dermatologist. There is no specific medication for this condition."
