I'm trying to find out what's the right dose of Zentel deworming tablets for adults and how often I should be taking them. Also, are there any side effects I should be aware of? This whole deworming thing makes me a bit anxious. Could you please guide me?

The ideal dose of Zentel (brand name for albendazole) deworming tablets for adults is 400mg as a single dose. It is usually taken once, and may be repeated after 2 weeks if necessary. Some possible side effects of albendazole include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, dizziness, and temporary hair loss.

View allI'm really concerned about the pain I've been having in my leg muscles for the past couple of years. My blood pressure keeps fluctuating between 160110 and 12586, but I really want to avoid taking any meds for it because I think I can change my lifestyle to control it. Also, my vitamin D level is at 8.0, and I noticed my cholesterol total is 218, with LDL at 157. What steps should I take to address these issues and improve my overall health?
the pain is due to calcium defiency. take vitamin D and calcium supplement. maintain healthy life style to get your BP under control. till then use antihypertensive medicines and follow your doctors advice

I'm curious if Buscopan can help with reducing body temperature. Would love to know more about this.
Buscogast, primarily containing Hyoscine Butylbromide, is designed to relieve muscle spasms and cramps in the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tracts, but it doesn't directly affect body temperature. Its mechanism of action focuses on relaxing smooth muscles and suppressing secretions, which doesn't inherently influence body temperature regulation.

I've been jogging for the past 9 months and it was going great until last month. Now I'm experiencing shortness of breath even with minimal physical activity and I can't jog or cycle like I used to. I've seen both a cardiologist and a pulmonologist, and my reports are normal. I just can't seem to shake off this feeling. Also, I lost 10 kgs through jogging without any weight loss supplements. Any idea what's going on with me?
check your hemoglobin levels
