I'm trying to find Pilex tablets and noticed my local pharmacy only has Pilex Forte tablets. Are Pilex and Pilex Forte the same thing? Can I take Pilex Forte instead?

I'm really worried about my wife. It's been about two months since she had our baby, and she's having really bad pain in her upper abdomen and back.
