I'm trying to find Pilex tablets and noticed my local pharmacy only has Pilex Forte tablets. Are Pilex and Pilex Forte the same thing? Can I take Pilex Forte instead?

I'm having this really uncomfortable pain in my lower left abdomen, and it seems to be spreading to my back. It hurts even more when I'm sitting down, especially on the back side. I'm not sure why this is happening. Should I be worried about it? What could be causing this kind of pain?
Could be indicative of a kidney stone. I would recommend taking over-the-counter pain relief medication such as Tylenol (acetaminophen) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. I've been having this pain that starts in my right waist and goes through to my abdomen. It starts off in the evening and keeps getting worse as the night goes on, becoming really severe until I take some medicine like Nicip P to help. I'm not sure which specialist I should reach out to for this. Any ideas?
