View allI'm really concerned because I've always noticed a bad smell in my mouth and nose. I've already seen a dentist, an otolaryngologist, and even enteric specialists, but they all say there's no problem. I'm not sure what to do next, and honestly, it's been really upsetting. Any advice on what steps I should take now?

I'm a 21-year-old male and recently saw my doctor for abdominal pain. My doctor gave me some medication called pansec and meftal spas. I'm really curious to know why this is happening and what I can do to make it go away. Can you help me understand this better?
