I'm trying to increase my B12 level from 200 to 900. Can you tell me how many 500 mcg doses I should take? And what's the best schedule for taking them?

1 tablet daily for 3 months would help, because, orally only 10% of consumed dose will be actively available, the remaining will be excreted, hence it takes long time to restore, also consume eggs and adequate quantity of meat, they are rich in B12.

Moderate alcohol consumption, defined as up to one drink per day for women and up to two drinks per day for men, may have potential health benefits, such as reduced risk of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and certain types of cancer, due to antioxidants and anti-inflammatory properties found in some alcoholic beverages; however, excessive drinking can lead to numerous health problems, including liver disease, certain cancers, and injuries

So, my mom is 66 years old and she got her second dose of the Covishield vaccine. But then, like 8 days later, she tested positive for COVID. She's better now, thank goodness. Since she's gotten both shots, I'm wondering if she should get another type of COVID vaccine after 3 months, or is she good to go with just the Covishield doses?
