I'm trying to understand the best way to evaluate my heart health. If I get TMT and 2D echo tests done, will that give me a full picture of how my heart's working, or should I also include a lipid profile and a hemogram too?

To get a complete picture of the functioning of the heart, it is recommended to also do a lipid profile and a hemogram in addition to TMT (Treadmill Test) and 2D Echo. Lipid profile helps to assess the levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood, which are important risk factors for heart disease. Hemogram provides information about the overall health of the individual, including red blood cell count, white blood cell count, and platelet count, which can also impact heart health. Therefore, including a lipid profile and hemogram along with TMT and 2D Echo can provide a more comprehensive evaluation of the heart's functioning.

View allI've been feeling some pain in my chest, shoulder, and back, and the doctor thinks it might be diastolic dysfunction grade one. Is this something serious? I'm really curious about whether this condition can be cured. Also, does what I eat or how much I exercise make a difference in dealing with this issue? The doctor gave me some medicine, but I'm not sure where to go from here.

I'm really worried about what to do if a family member, like my mom or dad, ever has chest pain, starts sweating a lot, or has pain in the arm or shoulder. What if they start vomiting too? I mean, in that moment, can I give them aspirin or sorbitrate? And if so, how much should I give? Could you explain how to properly administer it? I'm a bit anxious about this and not really sure about the right steps.
tab sorbitrate 5 mg ,sublingual is advised.

I had an angiography and the doctor recommended bypass surgery but I don't have any pain right now and can manage my daily routine. However, I notice my breath gets heavy after walking 200-300 meters. Can you suggest a good doctor in Mira Road who specializes in this?
To find a good cardiologist in Mira Road specializing in bypass surgery, it's recommended to seek a second opinion from a different cardiologist in the area. You can also search for cardiologists specializing in bypass surgery through online directories like Justdial or Wockhardt Hospitals.
