I'm trying to understand the difference between Zincovit and Zincovit CL and if it's safe to give either of these to a 10-year-old. Is there a particular one that's better, like the tablet or syrup form, for kids around that age?

Zincovit and Zincovit CL are both multivitamin supplements, but Zincovit CL also contains added zinc and vitamin C. Zincovit CL can be given to a 10-year-old child.
