I'm trying to understand more about concentric lvh as I've been dealing with high blood pressure for the last 5 years. I've been taking Telma 40 mg daily, but I'm not sure if that's enough. Could you please explain what treatments are recommended for lvh? I'm really worried about this condition and just want to make sure I'm doing everything I can to manage it properly.

View allI'm experiencing some pain in my left arm for the past few days, and sometimes I feel it in my chest too. I decided to get an ECG done, and it mentions a short PR interval and short QT interval. Could you take a look at it and let me know what I should do next?
Based on the ECG findings of a short PR interval and short QT interval, it may indicate a potential heart condition. It is important to further evaluate this with additional tests and examinations. In the meantime, to help manage the symptoms of left arm pain and chest pain, you can take Acetaminophen 500mg every 6 hours as needed for pain relief. However, it is crucial to follow up with a cardiologist for a comprehensive evaluation and appropriate management.

I'm experiencing some concerning symptoms like chest pain on my left side, shortness of breath, and my blood pressure seems higher than usual. On top of that, I've been dealing with numbness in my leg and arm and noticed some bed sores appearing on my bum. I also have this persistent headache that's been bothering me. Should I be worried about these symptoms, and what could be causing them? Would love your advice on what steps I should take next.

I'm curious if it's normal for someone who's had a COVID infection before to experience a high heart rate, like around 130-140, for a while. Especially if their SPO2 levels are at 95-96. Should I be worried about this?
yes
