I'm trying to understand my recent Total BhCG quantitative report after our first IUI attempt. It says 1.2 mIUmL, and I'm a bit confused about what this means. We've been trying to conceive naturally for four years now, so this is all quite new to me. Could you help explain what these results indicate?

Gynecomastia may respond to medications like tamoxifen or raloxifene in early stages; surgery is the only option for permanent removal in established cases.

I'm a bit concerned about my dad, who's diabetic. The doctor prescribed Nurokind LC for him, but I'm a little worried about its compatibility with his diabetes, especially since it contains levocarnitine. Also, I noticed that he recommended taking vitamin B12 after lunch. Is there a specific reason why that's better than taking it in the morning? Is it safe for him to continue with these supplements?
