I'm trying to understand what it means to have a serum IgE total of 1575.6 KIUL. Is that considered really high? Should I be worried? Also, are there any ways to bring it down naturally, maybe with some home remedies? I'm just really curious and a bit concerned about what this could mean for my health.

View allI'm looking for some advice because my eosinophils are still high; the latest blood test showed 925. I finished my TB treatment back in July 2021. My cholesterol is under control since I had extra pulmonary TB in the heart area. I just need to know what could be causing thisis it some kind of reaction or allergy? I have a lingering slight cough, but it's not really bothering me. All my other tests for lungs, kidneys, etc., are normal. What should I do next?
it might be due to some infection, allergy, if you have all other functions normal then don't worry

I'm a 28-year-old woman and for the last couple of months, I've been having some trouble with my breathing off and on. My ECG came back normal, but my RBCs were a bit low at 9.8. I saw a doctor and they gave me antiallergic meds, but they haven't really helped. I'm thinking it might be something to do with allergies because the issue started around wheat harvesting season. There's no wheezing or any sleep discomfort, but it does feel like my deep breaths get interrupted. Can allergies last this long? I'm not having any fever or throat pain, and my tonsils seem fine. Could this breathing trouble be linked to PNS? How can I find out if allergies are the real cause? This is the only health problem I'm dealing with right now.
yes PNS can cause, do spirometry, chest x ray ,allergy testing ,blood tests

I'm really concerned about my mom's health. She started having breathing problems and a heavy chest about 34 months ago, and even though she took medication for eosinophilia, she didnt get much relief. The eosinophil count seems under control now, but her IgE levels are still really high. The doctor had her on a nasal spray and some other meds for 20 days, then switched them up a bit. Still, the high IgE level worries me. We've just gotten her PFT and RAST tests done. Im curious about what else we should be looking into or considering for her treatment. Could this be part of something more serious, and is there anything else we should ask the doctor to test for?
