I'm two months pregnant and wondering if pills can help stop the pregnancy or if I need surgery. I've been having symptoms like morning sickness, extreme hair fall, tiredness, mood swings, and food tastes bland. I don't feel like eating because it makes me nauseous but I don't actually vomit. Do abortion pills or surgery have side effects? What should I eat if I can't stand food right now?

I'm having these really painful vaginal pimples since the start of this month. They look like normal pimples, disappear after about a week, but then come back again after 2 or 3 days. This has already happened to me three times within this month. Is this something normal, or should I see a gynecologist about it?
it's normal
