I'm using Betnovate N cream for my pimple marks, but I'm not sure if it will really help clear up my skin issues. Is this the right treatment for pimple marks, or should I be trying something else? I'm a bit worried about wasting time or making my skin worse. What do you think?

Someone mentioned it could be Herpes Labialis, and I've been using Herpex cream which seems to have helped as the lesions are almost gone after 7 days.
