I'm using Betnovate N cream for my pimple marks, but I'm not sure if it will really help clear up my skin issues. Is this the right treatment for pimple marks, or should I be trying something else? I'm a bit worried about wasting time or making my skin worse. What do you think?

My sister has vitiligo with visible spots on her hands and legs, plus other areas. Her marriage is coming up, and the groom's family wants to see her hands and feet. Are there any temporary ways to hide the spots without using cosmetics since they don't work well? We have around 78 months before the wedding would surgery be an option, or is there a quicker fix?

For temporary spot concealment without cosmetics, consider covering the areas with long sleeves and pants, or use light-colored, opaque scarves or shawls. With 78 months until the wedding, surgery like skin grafting might be an option, but it's not a quick fix. Light therapy, often used in conjunction with other treatments, could be considered.
