I'm using Eloson HT cream for quite a while, and everything seemed fine. But whenever I stop using it for about 23 days, my skin gets darker. Can you suggest what I should do about this? Also, are there any other creams I could use to make my skin look a bit fairer? Not looking for a huge change, just a little brighter.

Please stop using elosone ht cream as it contains strong steroids which will cause serious side effects. Steroid induced pimples, photosensitivity that is sun sensitivity, rosacea that is red face, atrophy that is skin thinning, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness, severe itching and hair growth on the face etc to name a few side effects. Reports of skin cancer are also there. Please don't use any such Steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream by using some substitute as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid. Hence you are facing such a problem

I'm really concerned because I had an electrical solenoid explode in my hand last October and got 2nd degree burns. The GP checked it over, and while it's healed now and not red or hot, I'm starting to feel pain around where the wound was. Theres some scarring, but its barely visible. Im afraid there might be some internal damage I can't see. What should I do about this pain? Could it be something serious?
Burns can sometimes damage nerves, especially if they affect deeper layers of the skin. Even after the visible injury heals, the nerves can take time to fully recover, which may cause persistent pain, tingling, or sensitivity in the affected area.If the pain is sharp, burning, or tingling, it could be related to nerve regeneration or nerve damage. This type of pain is sometimes referred to as neuropathic pain.Seeing a dermatologist or burn specialist: They can assess the healing process and check for any underlying issues with the skin or deeper tissues.
