I'm using Eloson HT cream for quite a while, and everything seemed fine. But whenever I stop using it for about 23 days, my skin gets darker. Can you suggest what I should do about this? Also, are there any other creams I could use to make my skin look a bit fairer? Not looking for a huge change, just a little brighter.

Please stop using elosone ht cream as it contains strong steroids which will cause serious side effects. Steroid induced pimples, photosensitivity that is sun sensitivity, rosacea that is red face, atrophy that is skin thinning, stretch marks, pigmentation, dryness, severe itching and hair growth on the face etc to name a few side effects. Reports of skin cancer are also there. Please don't use any such Steroid containing fairness creams. You will require treatment to slowly put you off this cream by using some substitute as the skin becomes addicted to the steroid. Hence you are facing such a problem

I'm wondering how I can get rid of the blade cut marks on my arm. Is plastic surgery the only option, and if so, what might this treatment cost approximately?

To get rid of blade cut marks on your arm, you can consider using topical silicone gel sheets such as Strataderm. Apply a thin layer over the scar twice daily for at least 60-90 days for best results. Additionally, you can use Mederma cream which contains onion extract and allantoin to help improve the appearance of scars. It is important to apply these products consistently for several months to see noticeable improvement. If the scars are deep and extensive, you may consider consulting a dermatologist for other treatment options such as laser therapy or steroid injections. However, the cost of plastic surgery or other treatments can vary depending on the severity of the scars, the type of procedure needed, and the location of the clinic.
