I'm using a Foley catheter every night because I have spina bifida and related urological issues since birth. Lately, for about 34 months, I've been having a lot of leakage. I've had repeated UTIs, but I still experience leakage even when there's no infection. Why might this be happening, and what can I do?

View allI have bilateral grade 1 varicocele and my left testicle hangs much lower and feels heavier than the right one. The urologist prescribed hetrazan and health okay tablets, but they aren't helping with the pain and discomfort. Should I consider surgery? What's the best type with the least complications?
While Grade 1 varicocele typically doesn't require surgery, if your symptoms persist, surgery might be considered. If the discomfort, testicle heaviness, and low hanging are persistent despite medication, exploring surgical options. Laparoscopic varicocelectomy is often the preferred approach due to its fewer complications and faster recovery

My foreskin won't pull back all the way it only goes down a little before it starts hurting. I really don't want surgery, so what else can I do to fix this? It's really bothering me and affecting my daily life.
Paraphimosis is a medical emergency in which you can't draw your foreskin back down over the head of your penis. It can happen if you have a partially circumcised or uncircumcised penis. You must get treatment as soon as possible to prevent permanent damage to your penis.
