I'm using Folliserum for my hair fall since I was 56, but I haven't noticed any improvement yet. I read somewhere that it might take up to 3-6 months to see results. Should I be more patient, or is it time to switch to a different serum? What do you suggest?

- Consult a dermatologist for personalized advice.
- Consider combination therapy with minoxidil or biotin supplements.

I've been diagnosed with DPN and my dermatologist said laser surgery is the only option but I'm hesitant about going under the laser. Are there any effective homeopathic treatments that could help reduce these bumps without invasive procedures?
While homeopathy isn't a scientifically established method for treating Dermatosis Papulosa Nigra (DPN), some homeopathic practitioners may suggest specific remedies based on individual symptoms and constitution. However, for DPN, surgical methods like cryosurgery, electrocautery, or curettage are generally considered the most effective treatments
