I'm using Melamet cream and it's been about 2 years. I've noticed some good changes in my skin, but I've recently heard it might not be the best for my skin in the long run. I also heard that using hydroquinone is safe and doesn't cause harm. It's been 10 days since I stopped using the cream and I haven't noticed any changes yet. I'm worried if stopping it might make my skin turn dark again. What can I do to maintain the fairness I've gained? Would love some advice on this.

It is possible that the positive effects you experienced were temporary and not sustainable in the long term. To maintain the fairness on your face, you can consider using a safer alternative like a sunscreen with a high SPF to protect your skin from further damage and prevent darkening. You can also use a skin lightening cream containing Hydroquinone 2% under the guidance of a dermatologist to help even out your skin tone. Remember to always patch test any new products before applying them to your face and consult with a dermatologist for personalized recommendations based on your skin type and concerns.

View allI've been dealing with these severe skin allergies that lead to unbearable itching. A few years ago, I had a tricort 40 injection, and it really helped. The itching is getting intolerable again, and I'm thinking about getting another tricort injection. Do you think that's a good idea? I genuinely need some advice on this. Please let me know your thoughts.

I've got this heat bump on my left buttock that's been around for about six days now. It's getting bigger and it's really painful. Also, I've been having a fever. Could you suggest any creams or medication for it? And are there certain foods I should avoid? Should I stick with regular soap for cleaning it, or is there a special soap I should be using instead?

Do I really need to fast before getting tests for vitamin B12, vitamin D, CBC, and thyroid? I was told to get these because I'm dealing with hair fall, but I'm not sure if fasting is necessary. Can you clarify this for me?
