I'm using melamet cream and my skin has become fairer and whiter, which is great. But now I'm thinking about stopping the cream. Can you suggest another cream that can help me maintain this skin tone without causing any side effects?

You can consider using a cream containing Kojic acid, Vitamin C, and Arbutin for maintaining skin tone without side effects. One such cream is "Kozilite-H Cream." Apply a thin layer of this cream on the affected areas. Don't forget to use sunscreen.

I've been dealing with hair loss since 2015 and had been using minoxidil 5% for over a year. I stopped using it about 6 months ago but started again a month ago and I think the shedding phase is done. I saw a trichologist who recommended Xfolia hair gain serum and hairgain pills since I'm in a type 3 pattern. Have you heard of this Xfolia stuff? How long does it usually take to see results with this kind of treatment, because I couldn't find any info about it online?

I've been having some hair fall issues, so my doctor put me on these B12 supplements. But after about two weeks, I started getting really bad reactionslike rashes and acne on my hands and face. I stopped the supplements immediately, but it's been over a week, and my acne is still there and hasn't improved at all. Should I be doing something specific to help with this, or will it just clear up on its own eventually? I'm kind of worried and not sure what to do next.

I'm really worried about my vitiligo. I've had it for 15 years and it's been stable because I've been using purol h syrup, octomop tablet, tacrom ointment, and tolenorm oil. But I'm not seeing any actual improvement. So I switched doctors recently, and now I'm on melbild lotion, pathex tablet, placentrax gel, and trimop forte. Instead of getting better, it's spreading more. I'm kind of lost hereany advice on what I should do next?

In such cases, it's important to consult with your doctor to discuss other treatment options that may be more effective for you. Additionally, phototherapy or laser therapy may be considered as alternative treatments for vitiligo. It's essential to continue following up with your healthcare provider to find the best treatment plan for your condition.
