I'm wondering about the best way to use Kojivit gel cream. Should I apply it in the morning or at night? Is it okay to use Kojivit in the morning and then Retino at night? Any advice would be helpful.

I've had this jock itch issue for quite some time now. I got some fungal cream from my doctor which helped for a while, but it just keeps coming back. Lately, with all the work I've been doing, it's gotten worse and now it's on my buttocks too. Today, I found a painful bump in my groin area about the size of a nickel, and pus started coming out. I looked it up and it seems like it's a boil. I'm really worried and just want to get rid of the jock itch and this boil. What should I do?
