I'm wondering about the best way to use Kojivit gel cream. Should I apply it in the morning or at night? Is it okay to use Kojivit in the morning and then Retino at night? Any advice would be helpful.

View allI'm really unsure about what to do. A local mentioned I might have eczema, and I've tried various creams like Fourderm, but nothing seems to work permanently. I was taking Candiforce 200 and it did help, but now I've got typhoid and had to stop. The problem is, the eczema goes away when I use medicines and creams, but then it just comes back. Is Candiforce the best option for me, or should I be trying something else? I'm looking for a more permanent solution.

I'm interested in getting Botox and fillers to shape my face into a V-line and maybe enhance my nose too. I don't want surgical options, just non-invasive treatments. Can this actually work? Also, I'd like to see before-and-after results from real patients who've had this done to get an idea of what's possible. How safe and effective is this for achieving the look I want?
It is always good to consult a plastic surgeon for reshaping nose filler and Botox have no good result
