I'm wondering about the possibility of having twins after two eggs were ruptured with an HCG injection. If both eggs get fertilized, are twins likely? And in a case where only one egg fertilizes, what happens to the other egg that was ruptured?

The right ovary measures 3.62x1.98x3.00cm (volume 11.26cc) and the left is 2.84x2.28x3.29cm (volume 11.15cc). My uterus size is 7.35x3.59x4.26cm. Do I need surgery or will medication work?
