Im wondering how often I can give my baby Woodward's gripe water. My baby seems to have a lot of wind, and Im not sure if gripe water is the right thing to use for that. How many times a day would be safe? Also, Ive heard about Colicaid drops, but Im a bit confused about their difference from gripe water. When should I give Colicaid drops instead of gripe water?

Woodward's Gripe Water can be given to your baby up to 3-4 times a day, usually after meals or when your baby is feeling gassy. It helps relieve gas and bloating. Colicaid drops are specifically for relieving colic pain, given when your baby seems to have discomfort due to trapped gas or cramps. Gripe water is more for general wind relief. Always consult your pediatrician before giving any medication.

My 2-year-old daughter has a fever of 103, and we've tried giving her continuous sponge baths, but it's not coming down. We also gave her 4 ml of Meftal P suspension, but then she vomited an hour later. Should I give her another dose, and when is it safe to give her paracetamol P250 again?
Since fever has just started and she has vomited just once it is best to wait and watch. You can give crocin at 6 hour interval if temperature is above 100F. Also give plenty of fluids such as ORS to avoid dehydration. If however such high fever recurs or vomiting continues or there are any other symptoms you must consult a doctor for physical examination to exclude dehydration or serious causes of fever.
