I'm wondering if Adgain capsules and Trilast hair solution can really help with hair growth. Are there any side effects I should be aware of? Would appreciate any advice on this.

I'm really struggling with dandruff and I've even started getting small wounds on my scalp. I actually saw a dermatologist about a year ago, and they told me to use this lotion at night I can't remember the name and wash my hair with Kenz Sal shampoo. It helped for a bit but now the problem is back. What should I do about this issue?
