I'm wondering if it's okay for an average person like me to take Zincovit and Vitamin C every day? If so, what would be the right amount to take? And if it's not meant for daily use, how long should I actually take these supplements, and what's the dosage during that period?

Hey, I was wondering if it's okay to have a bit of alcohol like wine or beer a day or two after recovering from COVID, especially since it's the festive season. What do you think?
You should not experience any serious problems by consuming a limited quantity of alcohol.

I'm experiencing a mouth ulcer that's almost cured now after taking Becosules, but I'm still having a fever with no relief. Whenever I take paracetamol, I end up sweating. Can a mouth ulcer actually cause fever, or is there something else I should be worried about?
