I'm wondering if it's okay to keep taking 5mg biotin tablets forever for my hair, skin, and nails. I've been experiencing hair fall for about a year now and I'm also considering taking Follihair. Can you tell me if there are any side effects from using Follihair and biotin regularly for a long time?

Biotin 5mg tablets can be beneficial for improving hair, skin, and nail health when taken regularly. However, it is important to note that individual responses may vary. Follihair is a combination supplement that contains biotin along with other vitamins and minerals that are beneficial for hair health. It can help in reducing hair fall and promoting hair growth. When taken as directed, biotin and Follihair are generally safe for long-term use. Side effects are rare, but some individuals may experience mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea or diarrhea. It is always recommended to consult with a healthcare provider before starting any new supplement regimen, especially if you have any underlying medical conditions or are taking other medications.

I'm dealing with jock itch and recently tried to remove hair in the area, but now it's itching like crazy because the small hair follicles are growing back and it's really uncomfortable. Is there some kind of ointment that can numb the surface? The jock itch seems to be almost cured, but this new itching from the hair follicles is driving me mad.
