I'm wondering if it's okay to take OMEED with Cheston cold tablets. The pharmacist at Apollo Pharmacy said it was alright, but I just want to make sure it's safe. Is there anything I should be worried about combining these two?

View allI've been dealing with a cold, fever, and body pain for the past two days. I've also been getting frequent headaches and my fever comes and goes. Do you think this is something serious or just a regular flu? What can I do to start feeling better?
Your symptoms of cold, fever, body pain, frequent headaches, and intermittent fever suggest a possible viral infection, such as the flu or a common cold

I'm 28 and have been experiencing body pains and dizziness, and I'm starting to wonder if it might be related to vitamin deficiencies, like vitamin B12 or D. Could you suggest some vitamin tablets that might help?
I recommend taking Vitamin B12 tablets, such as Neurobion, 1000 mcg once daily, and Vitamin D tablets, such as D3 1000 IU once daily. These supplements can help address your vitamin deficiencies and alleviate symptoms like body pains and dizziness.

I'm not sure what's going on with me today. After having chicken, curd, and veg pulav for lunch, I suddenly got super sleepy and tired. I tried to nap, but it wasn't great sleep. Now Im dealing with body aches, a headache, shivering, and chills. My body feels a little warm, but thankfully there's no nausea or stomach ache. Do you have any advice on how to feel better and get my energy back? Id really appreciate some detailed insights.
First thing is eat well, eat after getting hungry. Chew the food properly. For some day try avoiding non veg. I can understood that your body is trying hard to digest. The warmth you feel is nothing but a sign that your body works a lot. Say for eg, you are not hungry. Which states that you stomach is not ready to digest anything, it lacks enzyme for digestion at that time. When you eat heavy food that time, body tried hard to digest what you have eat. Stomach is need need to get more blood supply for more functioning. Which leads to poor blood supply to brain. Which is why many person feel sleepy after heavy food intake. Understand the digestion physiology and eat accordingly. Try taking Lemon, orange, pinapple, grape, amla soups at 12pm afternoon. It may act as an appetizer. Don't eat anything after breakfast.
