I'm wondering if it's okay to take Safi three times a day with mealslike at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Is that safe or recommended? I'm looking for some urgent advice on this.

My sister's been dealing with a dry cough for the last couple of days, and she's been taking Benadryl dry cough syrup, but it doesn't seem to be helping much. Should we try something else, or do you think we should give the syrup more time to work? Is there anything else we can do to ease her discomfort?

Continue to take Benadryl, and consider starting a course of antibiotics if her cough is accompanied with fever. You may also try some antihistamines to help with any allergic component of her symptoms.

I'm finding myself needing to take deep breaths more often, and it seems to help me relax. But I've also noticed I'm losing weight, and I'm not sure why. Could you help me understand what's happening here and what I should do next?

Normal, nothing to worry ok.

I'm feeling really weak and tired, and I'm having leg pain after my viral fever. The fever's gone after taking a 5-day course of medication like Dolo 650, Azee 500, and Allegra M. But now, whenever I walk around 200 meters, my legs hurt and I feel exhausted. Why is this happening, and what should I do about it?

To help with your symptoms, you can try taking a combination of B complex vitamins and minerals like zinc and magnesium. I recommend taking Supradyn multivitamin once daily for a month to help boost your energy levels and support muscle function. Additionally, you can apply Volini gel locally on the painful areas on your legs for relief. Make sure to get plenty of rest and stay hydrated. If the symptoms persist, please consult your healthcare provider for further evaluation.
