I'm wondering if it's okay to use Glocin gel during the day. Is there any issue with going outside after applying it during daylight hours? Can I use it twice a day? I've noticed small bumps, rough skin, and some fine lines on my forehead. I'm a 45-year-old woman and I'd appreciate any advice.

I'm really confused about the order in which I should apply my skincare medications for acne. I've got three different ones: Lotion Doux moisturizing lotion, UV Doux sunscreen, and Aziderm for dark spots. I'm noticing something that looks like perioral dermatitis around my mouth and chin. The only change in my life recently is that I moved to a new place with really hard water. Could the water be causing this? Also, I tried using lotion but it just made things flakier and scalier. I even used a prescription steroid cream and that didnt seem to work either. What do you think might be happening?
