I'm wondering if it's okay to use these capsules for my dull and pigmented skin. I also have scars and acne pits, and I'm worried about any side effects. How long should I continue using them?

View allIs there any way to fix the side effects of Betnovate cream? I've been using it on my face for about 6 months and had no idea it was such a strong steroid cream. It's been two years and the side effects are still bothering me. I can't even look at myself in the mirror because my face is completely red and covered with acne up to my neck. I tried IPL last winter, but it didn't make any difference. My face is also super dry now. I'm considering PRP, but I'm not sure if it's the right way to go. Any advice?
The prolonged use of Betnovate cream, a potent topical corticosteroid, can lead to severe side effects like redness, acne, dryness, and skin atrophy; to address these issues, consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized guidance, and potential treatments may include: topical treatments like retinoids, antibiotics, or hydroquinone; laser therapy or intense pulsed light (IPL) to reduce redness and promote collagen production; platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, which may help stimulate collagen production and improve skin texture; and sun protection, moisturizers, and gentle skincare routines to manage dryness and sensitivity

I've been dealing with this itching problem all over my body for about a month now, and I'm really not sure what to do next. I tried using Dettol and itch guard, but they haven't helped. It's pretty frustrating. Any idea what might be causing this or what I should try next?
Itching for a month could be due to allergies, dry skin, infections, or other underlying issues. Avoid scratching, keep your skin moisturized, and wear loose, breathable clothes. Since Dettol and itch guard didnt help, consult a dermatologist to identify the cause and get proper treatment. Avoid self-medicating further.

Are acne scars permanent?
That depends on the depth and type of the scars. With few types of peels and derma abrasions depth of the scars can be reduced.
