I'm wondering if it's okay to use these capsules for my dull and pigmented skin. I also have scars and acne pits, and I'm worried about any side effects. How long should I continue using them?

View allI've had a dark line across my nose for more than 5 years now. I've tried several skin brightening creams suggested by dermatologists, but nothing seems to work. It's really frustrating. Can you offer any other advice or treatments that might help?
It sounds like you may be dealing with a condition called melasma, which causes dark patches on the skin. In addition to skin brightening creams, you can also consider using a combination of hydroquinone, tretinoin, and a corticosteroid cream. One option is to use a cream containing 4% hydroquinone, 0.05% tretinoin, and 0.01% fluocinolone acetonide. Apply a thin layer of this cream to the affected area once daily in the evening. Remember to use sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further darkening.

My son's nails haven't been growing at all, in both his hands and feet, for the past five years. I'm really concerned about what kind of problems this could cause. Is there any treatment that could help his nails start growing again?
Nail growth arrest for 5 years may indicate an underlying condition, such as hypothyroidism, anemia, nutritional deficiencies (biotin, vitamin B12, or iron), skin conditions (psoriasis, eczema), or genetic disorders (nail-patella syndrome); potential complications include increased risk of fungal or bacterial infections, nail bed inflammation, or secondary infections; consult a pediatrician or dermatologist for a thorough evaluation

I'm really worried because I've been dealing with a scabies infestation for the last four weeks. I've already tried taking teczine for 12 days, used HH fuduic cream, and also took Xyzal for 12 days along with micodoxbx and the same cream. I even applied permetrin all over my body twice and took ivermectol 12mg twice, but it keeps coming back. Can you help me figure out why it's not going away and what else I can do to get rid of it?
Your treatment is correct but recurrence might be due to lack of hygiene, focus in that aspect and have one more course of the treatment
