I'm wondering if it's safe to use hydrogen peroxide to clean my ears, especially if an insect accidentally crawled in while I was sleeping. Is hydrogen peroxide effective and safe for removing insects from the ear? Im a bit worried and would love some guidance on this.

Hydrogen peroxide is a chemical and best to AVOID using it to clean ears. It can damage ear canal skin and cause inflammation.

I've been dealing with sinus issues for almost 25 years, and it seems to get worse whenever the climate changes. I've been using Nosikind drops for my nose, which helps a bit but not completely. I'm really worried about my ear. A couple of days ago, while using a q-tip, the bud came off in my right ear. I'm 13 and after trying to flush it out with water, it didnt work and wasn't too painful, but after a visit to the local clinic, the doctor couldnt remove it because the pain was too much. We tried flushing it again but my ear started to bleed. Now I'm barely hearing from my right ear and it's getting worse. What should I do?
