I've been dealing with this skin fungal infection for 34 years, and though I'm finally better, I'm left with scars all over my body that really bother me. They're in dark and light patches and spots, especially on my chest, waist, the sides of private areas, my back, and even my right leg below the knee. Theyre also under my left armpit and I get light dark spots on my face. What can I do to treat these scars? Are there any soaps or creams you'd recommend for long-term use?

I've been on Perfectil for a couple of months now as part of my PRP treatment for thinning hair. I think it's helping, but I've suddenly gotten a lot of acne, which I've never had before. Could Perfectil be causing this, and should I keep taking it? What would you advise?

I'm using Clindac A for my acne treatment and the Episoft sunscreen. I'm wondering if I can start using the Cetaphil Gentle Cleanser on my face, or is there another face wash youd recommend? I'm a bit unsure about what's best for my skin while on this treatment. Any advice?
