I'm wondering if Tetmosol soap is effective at treating prickly heat. Also, I'm a bit confused about the difference between prickly heat and scabies. Is prickly heat a fungal infection too?

That could be Fungal infection, maintain personal hygiene and have to take oral Antifungal medications, visit Dermatologist for appropriate management
