I'm wondering if using Mintop Forte is causing some kind of reaction on my scalp. I've been applying it for the past two to three days, and now Im noticing pimple-like bumps popping up. I've attached a photo to show what I mean. Could these be related to the product, and should I be worried or do something about it?

I'm worried about these scars on my face that have been there for about 10 years now. Are there any scar remodulation creams that could help with older scars like mine? Also, what are some of the best scar removal creams out there? Are there other treatments or therapies available to get rid of small scars on the face?
you try with the cream but result is usually delayed ,there other methods like CO2 laser, microneedling etc.,which effectively work on the scar, visit your dermatologist for appropriate treatment.
