I'm wondering which option would be better for achieving a permanent fair skin tonelaser treatments or skin whitening injections. Can you tell me more about their effectiveness and any long-term effects I should be aware of?

I'm dealing with eczema on the head of my penis and it's not getting any better. What should I use to treat it? I had a scabies outbreak on my skin before this eczema cropped up, and it's been persisting for the last couple of months. Any advice?

I've been having this recurring issue with ringworm or maybe it's jock itch on my inner thighs. I first tried using clobetasol cream, then switched to dexoderm to avoid clobetasol, but I realized that dexoderm has clobetasol propionate too. It keeps giving me relief but it never really goes away completely. I recently started using ebernet cream and taking terbinafine 250 mg tablets. It's only been a week, but I think the redness is coming back and it's even spread to my glans. I dont have any itching right now, but Im worried its returning. Plus, the side effects from the tablets are a lot and I'm starting to feel some of them. Any advice on what I should do?

Consider consulting a dermatologist for personalized guidance, as you may need to adjust your treatment plan, and in the meantime, continue using the ebernet cream and terbinafine tablets as directed, while monitoring side effects and fungal infection symptoms.

I've been really anxious about something and could use some advice. I had protected sex with a prostitute, and honestly, I'm feeling pretty guilty and worried about it. I'm trying to understand my risk of getting HIV from this. I got an Elisa test done 92 days after the encounter, and the result came back negative with a reading of 0.08. Should I consider this result to be final?

The ELISA test result after 92 days with a negative result and a value of 0.08 is likely conclusive. _HIV Testing Window Period:_ 1. _Most HIV tests_: Detect HIV antibodies within 23-90 days after exposure. 2. _ELISA test_: Typically detects HIV antibodies within 90 days. _Your Test Result:_ 1. _Negative result_: Indicates no detectable HIV antibodies. 2. _Value of 0.08_: This is below the threshold for a positive result. _Conclusive Result:_ Based on the test result and the time frame, it's likely that you don't have HIV. However, to be absolutely sure, consider: 1. _Repeat testing_: After 6 months to confirm the result. 2. _Discuss with a healthcare professional_: Share your concerns and test results with a doctor. Remember, it's essential to practice safe sex and get regular check-ups to maintain your sexual health.
