I'm wondering why I sometimes have a whistling sound when I breathe and why people say I breathe heavily. I've always struggled to control my breathing, even during yoga, and I get out of breath when climbing stairs. People often say it's because I'm overweight, but even when I wasn't, I still had these breathing issues. Could there be another reason for this?

View allI'm kind of worried about my chest and I'd like some advice. My CT scan showed a subtle thin fibrotic band in the lateral segment of the right middle lobe, and they mentioned something about Corads3 being indeterminate for COVID infection, and the score was 01 out of 25. Does this mean its serious? I've been feeling heaviness and pain in the middle of my chest for the last 2 to 3 months. I'm anxious because my X-rays and all my other tests like blood work, ECG, endoscopy, and more came back normal. Ive been dealing with anxiety for about six months too. Could the CT findings be something to worry about?

I've just received my chest X-ray results, and it mentions increased bronchovascular markings in my right lower zone and paracardiac region. Can you break down what that really means? I'm a bit concerned because I had a pneumothorax back in 2012, and now I'm feeling a dull, achy pain under my lower breast, kind of like rib pain. Do you think these issues might be connected, or should I be worried about something else going on?
