I'm wondering why I sometimes have a whistling sound when I breathe and why people say I breathe heavily. I've always struggled to control my breathing, even during yoga, and I get out of breath when climbing stairs. People often say it's because I'm overweight, but even when I wasn't, I still had these breathing issues. Could there be another reason for this?

I've been dealing with breathing issues for the past year or so, and it seems to hit every 3 to 4 months. It's really distressing because when it starts, I'm up all night struggling to breathe and I just can't figure out what's causing it. What can I do or take in an emergency to help with this?

start steam inhalation, do one chest xray

I'm really worried about my dad. He's been dealing with this right side pleural effusion for the past two months. We got him a CT scan and thankfully there's no sign of anything serious like cancer or TB. The doctors are thinking it's likely an infection. My dad's 68 and has a heart EF of 25. The blood pleural taping results came back normal too. Do you think a biopsy is necessary for him, and is it safe given his heart condition?

Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient. Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient.Steam inhalation is also advised twice .Biopsy is not necessary.
