I'm wondering why I've been needing to take deep breaths every 5 to 10 minutes over the past 5 days. My x-ray and ECG came back normal, so I'm really puzzled. It's starting to affect my ability to focus at work, though I don't seem to have any issues at night. Can you help me figure out what's going on and how to stop this?

View allI've had a dry cough for the last three months, and while I'm generally feeling fine with no fever or anything like that, the cough just won't completely go away. I tried taking Zed S syrup, Corex T syrup, and Bro Clear for three days, but it doesn't seem to clear up entirely. I still get a bit of a cough when I gargle. Could you recommend a medicine that might really help clear it up?
tab mucinac for 5 days

I'm dealing with hereditary asthma and usually manage ok with my inhaler a few times a week, especially when it's cold. But right now, I'm wondering if there's a mild nebulizer solution that would help. Is Duolin enough for this, or should I consider trying Foracort? I'd really appreciate any advice.
without consult don't use nebulizer by your own

I'm really curious and a bit worried because I've been having digestion issues and noticed blood in my stool. My CT scan of the whole abdomen came back normal except it showed something called subsegmental atelectasis in the posterobasal segment of my left lower lobe. I've also been experiencing shortness of breath. I consulted a pulmonologist, did an x-ray, spirometry, and Spo2, and all those tests were normal. He mentioned it might just be anxiety, and I have had anxiety for about 45 years now. I'm wondering if anxiety could really be causing these symptoms, or if there's something else I should look into?
do not worry, you are just having anxiety. relax and reduce your stress
