I'm worried about how often I masturbate and whether it might be causing issues like hair loss or dandruff. I've heard it could also affect my vision. Is there any truth to this, and should I be concerned?

View allA couple of days ago I had unprotected oral sex with a prostitute and also had regular condom-protected sex, fingering, and kissing on her breasts and mouth. Since then, the tip of my penis has been itchy. It was more noticeable on the first day and got a bit better on the second day. Today, it's not so much itchy but I just have this kind of sensation. Afterward, about 15 minutes later, I used Betadine surgical scrub multiple times that day and once yesterday on that area and even some inside the tip, along with soap and water. Should I be worried and see a healthcare professional? Am I at risk for anything?
Given your situation, it's recommended that you visit a healthcare provider or a sexually transmitted infection (STI) clinic as soon as possible. They will assess your symptoms, provide guidance on potential STIs, and recommend testing and treatment options. Some possible concerns include: 1. STIs: Such as gonorrhea, chlamydia, or herpes. 2. Skin irritation: Allergic reactions or irritation from the Betadine scrub or soap. 3. Other infections: Like yeast infections or bacterial vaginosis. Don't hesitate to reach out to a healthcare provider. They will help you address any potential issues and provide peace of mind.

I've been noticing these black dots on my chest and stomach for the past couple of months. They're not painful or itchy, but I'm curious and a bit worried about what they might be. I usually sleep without a shirt, so I'm wondering if that might be related. Could you help me understand what these might be and why they've appeared?
That could be keratosis pilaris ,maintain personal hygiene, apply moisturizer twice a day,it takes time to hela but will be cured no need to worry.

I've just finished a treatment for lichen planus, and the bumps and itching have stopped, thankfully. However, the marks are still visible, and I really want them gone quicker if possible. The dermatologist mentioned they'd fade over time, but is there anything I can do to speed up the process and get rid of these marks in a few months to a year?
Scars would fade with time,if you are worried much there are other treatment modalities for a better results, consume balanced diet with vitamin E rich foods this would help.
