I'm worried about my friend's health. He's had a fever for two days, and his SGPT level is 69.0 while other test results are normal. The doctor prescribed him Ziprax 100. Do you think he needs to get any additional tests done?

Ziprax 100 might be appropriate for bacterial infections, but if fever persists or worsens, it is important to do further tests to rule out any serious underlying conditions, particularly related to the liver.

View allI've had a fever that just won't go away for the past four days, and I'm really concerned because the tests showed no malaria or dengue. I'm also dealing with vomiting, a cough, and body shivers. What could be happening, and what should I do next?
Get your Urine examination done,as there could be UTI if it turns out tobe negative that could be FLU ,no need to worry, stay hydrated and consume healthy food

I've been taking Patanjali's ashwagandha tablets after lunch hoping they'd give me more energy during the day, but instead, I just get really sleepy. Do you know of any other ashwagandha brands that could actually help with boosting energy?
Consider alternative ashwagandha brands like Himalaya, Dabur, or NOW Foods, which may have different formulations or concentrations that might provide energizing effects without excessive sleepines

I was wondering about the right dosage for albendazole 400 mg when it comes to deworming. Should I be taking it once a day or twice a day? And is albendazole effective on its own, or should it be combined with something else? I'm just trying to figure out the best way to go about this.
For deworming, a single dose of 400 mg Albendazole (1 tablet) is typically taken as a single dose, once a day (OD). In most cases, Albendazole alone is effective for treating common intestinal worms, but the dosage may vary depending on the type of infection. It's always best to consult your doctor for personalized advice.
