I'm worried about my right cp lungs being blunted. I've had a cough for the last 30 days. Can you recommend a good medication for this?

A blunted right CP lung could indicate some underlying condition, like pleural effusion or lung inflammation. Given your persistent cough for 30 days, it's important to consult a doctor for a thorough evaluation. Medications like antibiotics or inhalers may be prescribed based on the diagnosis, but a proper assessment is needed to determine the right treatment.

View allI'm a bit concerned because I've been told that there's minimal fibrosis and atelectasis in my right lung's middle lobe and lingula. Could you help me understand what exactly this means? Is it something I should be worried about, and what steps should I take next? Would really appreciate any insights or advice you could give me.

I'm really worried and need some advice. Every morning when I gargle and cough, I end up vomiting, and there's blood in it. It's like clear sticky sputum with blood streaks. This mainly happens when I force myself to vomit after coughing once or twice, and I get a bloody taste in my throat. But if I don't cough and just vomit voluntarily on an empty stomach, there's no blood, just clear sticky mucus. Is this what they call pseudohemoptysis? Could this be happening because of trauma from coughing too hard? What should I do?

I've been having this sharp needle-like pain in my chest on the left side, and my legs are aching too. I'm kind of worried. Could this mean I have a pulmonary embolism?
