I'm worried about these xanthelasma spots around my eye. I've read that garlic juice could help naturally, but I'm not sure if that's true or safe. Can you give me some advice on treating this at home?

I'm dealing with pimples and these small holes on my face. I talked to a dermatologist, and they suggested Adapalene gel and Opexa gel. I've been using the Adapalene gel, and it's helping with the pimples, but the holes aren't getting any better. I haven't started using the Opexa gel yet. Should I try it out to see if it helps with those holes?
