I'm worried about a yeast infection after having a medical abortion last month. I took three pills of azithromycin a few days later to prevent infections, but now I've got this white discharge, itching, and some pain when I pee. Plus, there are a couple of small pimples inside my vagina. I also had rashes on my breasts and arms which went away after taking Citrizine. Is it usual to get a yeast infection after this kind of procedure, or could it be something else?
