I'm worried because I had a throat scan that showed a cyst lesion. I'm still breastfeeding, and I'm not sure if it's safe to take ceftum and predmet. Can you tell me if these medications are okay for me to use while nursing?

I'm really anxious because I woke up yesterday and tried to clear my throat and when I spit, there was some blood in it. I saw two dark red blobs of blood stuck in the back of my throat when I looked in the mirror. I didn't notice any more blood throughout the day, but then in the evening, another blob was there in my throat and it didn't come out. I'm worriedcould be something serious? Also, my nose is often dry, and sometimes when I clean it, blood comes out. I have burping and acidity problems too. I'm not sure what's going on. Can you help me understand this?

I'm a bit worried because I was cleaning my ears and some cotton from the earbud got stuck in my right ear. I'm not sure how to remove it myself. Could you advise me on what to do? Or maybe suggest a nearby doctor I can visit to get it taken care of? I live in Palava City, Dombivili East, Thane, 421204.
