I'm worried because I've had this bump on my mons pubis for about six months now. It tends to swell and becomes painful, especially during my periods, but other times it's just there, like a little ball under the skin that I can feel when I touch it. I tried using a hot compress like my gynecologist suggested. While it helped with the swelling a bit, the bump still hasn't gone away. What could this be, and should I be doing something else to treat it?

Your complain should be addressed to a Dermatologist. You may have a Bartholin's cyst. You may need to take antibiotics. Additionally, you can use a sitz bath with warm water a few times a day to help with the discomfort. If the cyst persists, you may need a procedure called marsupialization to drain it.

View allI've noticed some white patches appearing in the scrotum area and also in the lower part of my genital area. I'm a bit concerned about what this could mean. Should I be worried or look for any other symptoms? Is it something you've come across before?

I'm really curious about whether melanin treatment for achieving fairer skin is actually safe. Could you tell me how long the process usually takes and what the cost might be? Also, have you ever carried out skin whitening treatments using melanin? I'm a bit worried and would love to know if I can undergo this treatment and what possible side effects there could be.
These is a vague terminology and makes no sense. Kindly do not fall into the hands of such therapists. I think no Dermatologist will recommend you something like this. Basically there are depigmentation treatment protocols which modify melanocytes functioning in an orchestrated manner that results in a healthier and better skin tone, This could be a chemical peel, rejuvenation skin lasers or mesotherapy and PRP therapy. Meet a qualified dermatologist in person near you to understand these in more details.

So I've been using this Alpha Arbutin serum for almost 78 days now to help with pigmentation and dark spots around my lips. It's from this brand called The Minimalist. I usually get breakouts now and then, but I've noticed since using it, I'm getting more red pimples with white stuff inside. Do you think the serum could be causing this? Or is it just a coincidence? I'm just really curious if I should stop using it or if there might be another cause.
stop using it and consult a healthcare professional to get an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
