I've been dealing with a high fever, cold, and really bad full body pain, like all my joints hurt and my back pain is unbearable. I went for a full body checkup and the reports came back normal with all body counts perfect. But I'm still experiencing this full body joint pain. What could be going on?

Sometimes viral fever can be associated with body pain. It can last a few weeks even after the fever subsides. However if the pain is very severe you can be started on oral steroids.
