I'm worried because my body doesn't seem to be growing, and I really want to increase my height to about 45 inches. Can you suggest some exercises or dietary changes that might help? Also, if theres a medicine that works well without any side effects, Id love to know about it. What do you recommend?

I'm 17 and I've been worrying about my height lately. I'm around 5 feet 9 inches, but all my friends seem taller, like around 5ft 10 to 6ft. I kinda stopped getting taller when I was 14. I do lift weights, though nothing too intense. Is there anything I could do to possibly grow a couple more inches? I'd love to hit around 5 feet 11 or even 6 feet. Any advice would be great.
5 ft 9 inches is not an abnormal height for a 17 year old male. You will continue to gain height for a few more years. Train yourself to maintain good posture, eat a healthy diet and try to include more vertical exercises during your workouts such as basketball, hanging bars and yoga. Modify your diet to include multivitamins and minerals to boost your growth hormone levels.

How much water should a diabetic drink?
8 glasses of water per day add up to about 2 liters of water (67 ounces or just over half a gallon). As people with diabetes, drinking enough water is especially crucial. Even a little dehydration during the day (which is easier than we realize) can impact our blood sugars.
