I'm worried because my body doesn't seem to be growing, and I really want to increase my height to about 45 inches. Can you suggest some exercises or dietary changes that might help? Also, if theres a medicine that works well without any side effects, Id love to know about it. What do you recommend?

Is it possible to naturally increase breast size at 19 without surgery I've heard yoga and massage might help but I'm not sure how effective they are or if there are specific exercises that work better
Natural remedies and lifestyle changes cannot enhance breast size. Certain exercises, however, can help increase the strength and tone of your chest muscles. Maybe you own a top you think would fit better if your chest were a little bouncier. Maybe you wish your chest were a bit more pronounced.
