Is it alright to take aldactone and dutasteride together for hair loss? I'm just a bit concerned about any possible interactions or side effects. Would love to hear your thoughts on this!

View allIve usually been lucky with my skin and hardly ever get pimples, but when I do, they disappear in about 4-5 days. However, about 10 days ago, I got a pimple with pus on my right cheek, and its only gotten bigger and worse over time. I tried all sorts of things like ice, aloe vera, and even benzoyl gel, but nothing worked. I used tretinoin for a night, then tried putting white toothpaste on it for an hour and a half last night. It stung, so I thought it was working, but this morning I woke up with a smaller pimple and a huge dark brown spot that looks like a burn. Im worried itll scar because I work in entertainment and really want it gone asap. Im using aloe vera now to calm it down, but Im not sure what else I should do. Should I try a different cream or an ointment to help with the burn? Would love some advice!

I'm really worried about my face. A couple of years ago, I got mango acid on my skin, and now I've got these small black pits. They are all over my face and I'm not sure what to do about it. I'm feeling pretty self-conscious and wondering if there's any treatment that could help improve my skin?
The scars and hyperpigmentation from mango acid exposure two years ago can be challenging to treat, but consider consulting a dermatologist for professional advice; they may recommend treatments like chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser therapy to help reduce the appearance of scars and dark spots, and also prescribe topical creams or serums containing ingredients like vitamin C, niacinamide, or retinoids to promote skin brightening and collagen production.

I've noticed that my periods often get delayed by a month or two, and I'm a bit worried about it. Also, I've been seeing some slight damage to my hair and nails. Could this be linked to some sort of health issue?
Delayed periods, hair damage, and nail damage could be indicative of hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, or other underlying health issues. Here are some potential causes: Hormonal Imbalances 1. Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): A hormonal disorder that can cause irregular periods, hair loss, and nail damage. 2. Thyroid disorders: Hypothyroidism (underactive thyroid) or hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) can affect menstrual cycles and cause hair and nail damage. Nutritional Deficiencies 1. Iron deficiency: Can cause hair loss, nail damage, and irregular periods. 2. Vitamin deficiencies: Lack of vitamins like B12, vitamin D, or omega-3 fatty acids can contribute to hair and nail damage. Other Potential Causes 1. Stress: Prolonged stress can disrupt hormonal balances, leading to delayed periods and hair and nail damage. 2. Weight changes: Significant weight gain or loss can affect menstrual cycles and cause hair and nail damage. 3. Genetic predisposition: Family history can play a role in hormonal imbalances and hair and nail damage. To address these issues, consider the following steps: 1. Consult a gynecologist: Discuss your delayed periods and other symptoms with a healthcare provider to rule out any underlying conditions. 2. Get blood tests: Check for hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and other potential causes.
