Is it bad for health to masturbate daily? If so, what might be the side effects in the future? Ive heard there could be issues with productionis that true, or are there actually no side effects? I'm really curious about how this might affect me long-term.

It does not have any harmful side effects on health. In fact, it can have some benefits such as reducing stress, improving sleep, and promoting relaxation. There is no evidence to suggest that masturbation has any negative impact on fertility or future reproductive health.

View allI've noticed that after I eat really spicy foods and then go to the bathroom, it feels like it burns and there's some pain when I pee. Is this something I should be worried about?
Could be a sign of a urinary tract infection (UTI). I recommend taking an over-the-counter medication called AZO Urinary Pain Relief to help alleviate the burning sensation and pain. You can also drink plenty of water to help flush out the bacteria causing the infection. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.

My right ureter is a bit dilated in the middle and there's a 7mm stone in the lowest part. Do I really need surgery for this or can it pass with just medicines? I'm a bit worried about what to do next.
A 7mm kidney stone in the lower ureter, especially with associated dilation, likely won't pass on its own and surgery may be needed. While medications can help with pain and potentially aid passage, they are not a definitive solution for a 7mm stone.
