View allHi, my wife has a 7 months pregnancy and last week she suffered from fever. We consulted the doctor and took the medicines but a couple of days later her body filled with red rashes. My mother had a fever 5 days ago. She was tested for viral fever, which was negative. Her fever subsided in 3 days, but her platelet count has been dropping daily: Day 1: WBC 1800, Platelets 1.9 lakh Day 2: WBC 3000, Platelets 1.37 lakh Day 3: WBC 3900, Platelets 1.11 lakh Today: WBC 4800, Platelets 0.84 lakh Her WBC is now normal, but the platelet count continues to decrease. She received an injection of Tazira Lyo 4.5 mg today. Should we admit her to the hospital? What action should we take?
